You are limited to seven events in the trial versions and if your action will overcome this limitation, then about box is shown. Registered version of 4t Calendar Reminder MP3 has no limitation on the number of Events.

A red icon indicates that you have disabled some types of event actions in the Alarm option item of the System tray popup menu.

How do I transfer the data from my earlier version of Calendar Reminder MP3?

The easiest way is to install the new version in the same directory, where the previous version was located. All options and events will be automatically converted and opened in new version.

We would recommend creating a backup copy of your data before installing the new version (if you use version 1.1 just copy data files into the backup directory). Usually Data Files are located at:
